Agena stores the email address, city and topic preferences, cadence, and the time you consented. Marketing mail uses double opt-in. You can unsubscribe from every message without an account.

Event submissions store the contact email so an editor can ask a question. That address is not published on the event page.

Sponsor inquiries store the name, work email, company, and message. They are not shown publicly.

The public calendar is built from official feeds and pages that already publish the event. RSVP counts are shown only when the source includes them.

This copy is an operator draft. Replace the publisher name and postal address in the environment before the site accepts real subscribers. Email is not sent while EMAIL_DELIVERY is off.
