Legal notice for Agena, a free agenda of AI agent, AI and developer events in Europe. This page names the operator, the person responsible for the content, and the limits of our responsibility for listings and links.

The service
Agena (https://agentevents.xyz) lists public events compiled from organiser pages, Luma, Meetup and direct submissions. It is an information service. Agena does not organise the events it lists and does not sell tickets for them. The terms of service say what that means in the contract.

Responsibility for our own content
We compile and edit the listings on Agena with care. Most of them are copied automatically from the organiser's own page. We do not promise that a listing is complete, current or free of mistakes. Dates, venues and prices can change at the source after we read it. The organiser's page is always the authority.
Our liability for content we publish is limited as the terms of service describe, and always within the Swiss Code of Obligations. Once we know a page we control is unlawful or wrong, we will correct or remove it. Write to fernando.verboonen@curioinvest.com with the URL.
Responsibility for links
Every live listing links to a page we do not operate: the organiser's site, Luma, Meetup or Eventbrite. A link is a pointer to that page at the time we read it. It is not an endorsement or a statement that we have reviewed the event or its organiser.
The operator of the linked site is responsible for its content and for the event. We are not liable for that content except where Swiss law makes a person liable for a link they refuse to remove after they know it is unlawful. If a listing or link is wrong, broken or misleading, email fernando.verboonen@curioinvest.com with our page URL. We will remove or correct it where the complaint is justified.
